Terms of Service

Quotes and estimates
Quote requests submitted through this website are requests for information, not bookings. Written estimates are valid until their stated expiration date and become binding only when approved by the customer through the customer portal or in writing.
Scheduling
Appointment dates and arrival windows are confirmed by Labor King staff. Rescheduling and cancellation requests submitted through the customer portal take effect only once confirmed by our team.
Payments
Deposits and balances are due as shown on each invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Labor King never stores card details. Deposits are credited against the total job amount.
Promotions
Promotional offers are limited to new customers, one per household, cannot be combined with other offers, and exclude renovation work unless stated otherwise.
Customer accounts
Customer portal access is provided by secure, expiring email links. You are responsible for access to the email address associated with your account.
